At SKS, we are committed to ensuring your athletic gear meets your performance standards, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SKS account and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed by our warehouse team.
